How many treatments are needed?

Most patients only need one Profound RF treatment to see significant tightening. Those with looser skin or who’ve lost a larger amount of weight (e.g., 50–100 lbs) may choose to do a second or third session, usually spaced months apart

When will I see results?

You'll start noticing improvement around 2–3 weeks, once swelling goes down. However, peak results develop gradually between 8 to 12 weeks. We evaluate patients at 3-month intervals, with improvements continuing for up to a year as collagen and elastin rebuild from within.

What does the treatment feel like?

The treatment is well-tolerated due to thorough numbing. Emil applies both topical and injectable lidocaine with epinephrine. Patients typically feel slight pressure or warmth, not pain. For those with anxiety, We prescribes medication to help them relax during the procedure.

What areas can it be used on?

Profound RF is most commonly used on the lower face, jawline, and neck. It can also be used on the stomach to improve skin texture, especially post-pregnancy or weight loss. However, we do not treat under-eye or forehead areas with Profound RF, due to anatomical concerns.
